Every day, there are more people looking to have some fun while driving an off road go kart around. You have a choice of two types of go karting -- enduro or sprint.
The sprint type of karting involves a track and a go kart, usually taking place in an amusement park, or in any other place that has recreational facilities. They can often be found in tourist areas. These types of go karts are both sturdy and sleek and they are used on tracks that are specially designed for them. For this type of karting, you will usually use a short track, not a long one. Concrete and asphalt are the main materials used for short tracks for sprint go karting.
The other possibility is the enduro karting, which is something sprint karting extended. This type of karting tends ot use aero dyamic karts. The track has a shape that is oval, so the racing is more fun. The pit stops and the durability are much more important when you do enduro karting, since it takes longer and involves more milage than sprint karting.
Off road go karts can be huge fun and if you love motor sports, you should give them a shot. Since you can often rent the karts the expense to get your feet wet is minimal, but the fun factor is not.
